The role involves negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the United States and abroad, and managing litigation.

• Support Epic’s growth and expansion into new markets.
• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
• Manage litigation, including strategy and resolution.

• Strong academic and professional background.
