Northcentral Pizza comprises 25 Domino's Franchise locations and is growing. This Assistant Manager role offers opportunities for growth, development, and promotion. The Assistant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring quality, service, and profitability.

• Responsible for all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing: scheduling, supervising, and guiding team members.
• Paperwork: completing all required documentation accurately.
• Cost Controls and Cash Control: monitoring expenses and handling cash transactions.
• Food Management: ensuring proper preparation, storage, and handling of ingredients.
• Adhering to schedules and maintaining overall operational efficiency.
• Maintaining a perfect image and ensuring all standards are met.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining attendance punctuality and dependable transportation to and from work.
• Ensuring store cleanliness and a safe environment.
• Marketing initiatives to boost sales and visibility.
• Driving profitability and achieving financial targets.

• Relevant Management experience.
• Quick Service Pizza Management preferred.
• Strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and above.
• Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Prone to cramped quarters, such as walk-in coolers.
• Exposure to hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
• Potential for sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
