Position Title: Club Attendant
Location: Sacramento, CA at Natomas Park
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Status: Non-Exempt/Temporary/Part-Time
Salary: $16.90 - $18.00/Hourly DOE

- Provide excellent customer care by guiding residents to facility activities and classes, finding answers to questions, and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
- Assist management with facility operations and the conduct of day-to-day operations, activities, classes, and special events.
- Assist management with opening, closing, and monitoring of the facility, providing a professional staff presence.
- Relay messages between reception desk and management.
- Assist in set-up and breakdown of special events and community meetings.
- Answer facility questions and telephone inquiries. Serve as public relations representative to facility management, Management Company, and Board of Directors.
- Keep accurate records and monitor facility supply inventory. Submit supply requests to manager to maintain current inventory.
- Accompany new and prospective residents on facility tours.
- Ensure that the clubhouses remain safe, equipment is used properly, and residents follow facility policies. Areas include fitness center, aquatics facility, bocce ball courts, pickleball complex, and all other areas of the club.
- Notify facility management of worn or damaged equipment and any other maintenance needs.
- Ensure the general goodwill to the community.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned.
- Knowledge of equipment, facilities, operations and techniques used in the field of fitness and recreation services, lifestyle management, and/or party planning.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, co-workers and supervisors.
- Must be self-motivated, able to set priorities.
- CPR, AED and First Aid Certification preferred.
- Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner.
- Be stationary for periods of time.
- Relocate up to 25 pounds.
- Schedule varies based on business needs.
- Shift will vary Monday-Sunday, between the hours 10am-10pm.
- Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs.
- May be required to work outside under varied weather conditions.
