Balanced Body is growing!! We are expanding our operations and adding leadership teams to our swing shift. You will lead, mentor and coach employees in a challenging environment. You will work closely with supervisors to define goals and ensure completion of tasks.

• Analyze system (Business Central "BC") requirements and ensure the team accomplishes daily production planning
• Participate in daily production cell activities
• Maintain inventory in assigned departments and conduct regular audits
• Facilitate inventory audits with department supervisors
• Assist in processing orders with the purchasing department
• Train new employees
• Coach, mentor and provide leadership – responsible for growth, corrective actions and reviews with support of HR
• Maintain and follow all safety guidelines/procedures/activities throughout the floor; participate in all safety meetings/trainings applicable
• Ensure operational and safety protocols for maintenance tools
• Adapt effectively to production changes and work with team to do the same
• Initiate improvements to production performance without compromising quality
• Participate in interviewing, evaluating and recommending candidates
• Promote a positive environment by motivating the team

• Strong attendance record
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean work area
• Knowledge of MS Office preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Day shift (Mon‑Fri, 6 AM – 2:30 PM) or Swing shift (Mon‑Thu, 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
