Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Product Separator to support the Rental Division. The Product Separator is responsible for sorting soiled and often smelly materials such as shop towels, aprons, and bar mops accurately into separate laundry bags. The Product Counter is expected to monitor counts or weights by material type to determine when a new laundry bag is needed.

Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

• Work Expectations: Must adhere to attendance policy; willing to work safely in proximity to others for extended periods; willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures; willing to handle soiled, pungent materials with appropriate protective equipment.

Base salary estimate: $18.40 – $22.98 per hour.
