- At least 2-4 years of professional baking and/or pastry experience is required
- Proficiency in food preparation and handling, including adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Hands-on experience producing macarons, cakes, confections and other baked goods with consistent quality and timing.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as part of daily kitchen tasks.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in artisan pastry, chocolate, or specialty food production as well as Culinary School is strongly preferred.
- 5 days PTO
