Why This Role Matters:
The Maintenance Technician is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position responsible for maintaining the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility, utility, and production equipment at our Royal Oaks location. This role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and general facility maintenance while following Company safety, food safety, food defense, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, and other applicable procedures. The Maintenance Technician is expected to demonstrate sound technical judgment, independently perform specialty work within his or her training and qualifications, and respond promptly to equipment or facility issues that may affect safety, quality, or operations.

What You'll Own:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, production equipment, facility systems, and company vehicles in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, adjust, and maintain production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, reliable operations.
• Respond to emergency production equipment failures and facility issues, including after-hours and weekend calls when required.
• Examine completed repairs and installations to verify work was performed correctly, equipment is returned to proper operating condition, and the work area is clean and safe.
