Balanced Body is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to guide a manufacturing team in our Sacramento facility. You will set daily, weekly and monthly goals, ensure training and resources are in place, and promote Lean Manufacturing across the production floor.
Lead by example, coach, mentor and manage performance with support from supervisor and HR. You will handle safety, audits, and continuous improvement while building team morale and delivering quality Pilates equipment.
