Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is a leading brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance‑free bath remodeling fixtures. In doing so, we enrich the lives of those we touch.

• Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts with the event vendors
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows
• Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
• Schedule demonstrators to work events
• Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down
• Set appointments for a free in‑home consultation at the events and shows
• Collect contest entries
• Follow up on the contest entries and schedule them for a free in‑home consultation
• Measure and report results

• Strong communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, train and motivate others
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

Must be available to work weekends.
