Really looking for the right person for this role. They must have B2B experience with the full marketing lifecycle and if they do not they will get rejected. Experience focusing on the customer(client) life cycle (client welcome, keeping in touch, and maintaining long-term connection.) Someone who has experience with launching and maintaining loyalty programs. If this person converted, they need to be okay with $90-95K

Job Summary

The Brand / Product Marketing Manager will lead the strategic vision, positioning, and growth of assigned brands, products, or services across all media channels. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to identify market opportunities, drive pricing and profitability analysis, execute marketing initiatives, and support sales strategies. The individual will serve as the central brand authority, ensuring consistent execution of brand-building programs and an exceptional customer experience across market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic vision, market positioning, and growth strategy for assigned brands, products, or services across all media channels.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and profitability drivers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Communications, and Agencies) to develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies.
  • Serve as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for all brand-related initiatives and information.
  • Develop and deploy brand-building programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Educate business partners on brand strategy, positioning, market opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Establish short- and long-term goals, competitive positioning, and strategies for assigned market segments.
  • Identify customer expectations, behaviors, and attitudes to inform initiatives that enhance the customer experience and deliver on brand promises.
  • Analyze market segment trends and evolving customer needs to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Develop strategies and lead initiatives to maximize distribution channels, increase new business opportunities, and improve customer retention.
  • Set direction for project teams and influence stakeholders to ensure marketing programs and offerings align with segment needs.
  • Define success metrics, establish targets, and track performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Partner with communications teams to develop and deliver targeted messaging based on research, value propositions, and competitive insights.
  • Support execution and adoption of programs at both field and account-specific levels.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related role.
  • Advanced understanding of brand management principles and execution methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading large, complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    , including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prepare and present clear, concise reports and executive-level presentations.
