Sacramento Campus Ministry Director

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online. Its vision is to give every student the opportunity to hear the gospel before graduation and mobilize one million courageous witnesses for Christ.

The Sacramento City Director will lead local ministry efforts by building partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders while equipping students to share the gospel and reach their schools for Christ.

• Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders.
• Recruit and mobilize volunteers to support student evangelism and discipleship.
• Coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel and develop leadership skills.
• Lead ministry growth initiatives and expand outreach throughout Sacramento.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and ministry teams.
• Promote collaboration, spiritual growth, and gospel-centered leadership.

• Passion for evangelism and sharing the gospel.
• Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
• Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
• Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to God’s Word, prayer, and Christlike character.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Staff participate in fundraising by inviting churches, family, friends, and supporters to invest in the ministry. Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support, with a set salary from the start.

• Full-time position requiring 45+ hours per week.
• Significant local travel throughout Sacramento.
• Regional and national travel for ministry expansion, conferences, mission trips, and training.
