C.O.R.E. Medical Clinic, Inc. is a CARF-Accredited Healthcare Facility Treating Opioid Addiction with Methadone and Buprenorphine searching for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to fill the position of a Medication Nurse. Hours are generally 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. The clinic is also open on Saturdays and some Holidays. This position will help cover Saturdays and Holidays (7am-11am) on a rotating basis. Full-time only. We have 2 locations that this position would potentially cover:
Mid-Town Sacramento and/or West Sacramento (Industrial and Enterprise Blvd).

Examples of Work Performed:

• Briefly assess and dispense daily doses of methadone, buprenorphine, and other medication as prescribed.
• Routinely maintains records to account for medication stock and reconciles inventory.
• Notes patients’ general conditions and records in file as necessary.
• Takes and enters orders in the EHR from physicians
• Delivers medications to Jails, Nursing homes, etc. as required
