. This position is located in Rancho Cordova, CA and requires a valid, active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Base pay ranges reflect your skills and experience. Salary adjustments effective July 1, 2025 reduce base salary by 3% due to the Personal Leave Program 2025, with additional leave credits. For part‑time positions the hourly rate is $35.00 - $37.00.

Under the supervision of the Nurse Consultant (Supervisor) and with clinical guidance from the Supervising Registered Nurse II, the LVN assists in implementing the CalAIM for Justice Involved Initiative, Whole Person Care Program, Complete Care Model, and other clinical initiatives. The LVN collaborates with the healthcare team and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of pre‑release health care services for patients 90 days or less from release.

The LVN’s duties include addressing pre‑release needs of patients in the eligible population.

Possession of a valid, active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Prospective applicants must take and pass the examination required for eligibility for a Licensed Vocational Nurse, CDCR position.
