The Clinical Nurse Manager – Ambulatory Surgical Services is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the clinical areas – including OR, Pre‑OP/PACU – and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience. The role reports to the ASC Administrator, collaborates on fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation, and oversees staff credentialing, safety measures, and risk management to enhance patient care and outcomes.
SalaryRange
$128,960 – $153,920 per year, depending on experience.

- Graduate of a professional school of nursing
- Current license as a CA Registered Nurse
- Two or more years Operating Room experience, preference for endoscopy cases
- Supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area preferred
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse required for this position
- Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS (PALS can be obtained within 3 months of start date)
