Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning pools, cleaner bags, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also check water pH and chemical levels, make adjustments as needed, document any pool issues, and communicate all issues and changes to management and customers.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outdoors most of the year.

Responsibilities:

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more
• Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results
• Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running
• Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to management and customers

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience working with pools is desired
• Ability to work outdoors, sometimes in the sun
