We are a high-volume real estate investment company focused on fix & flips, long-term rental acquisitions, and wholesaling. Role Overview

As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and securing investment properties that meet our buy criteria. You’ll work closely with ownership, operations, and dispositions to move deals from contract to close.

You will hang your license under our partnering brokerage and operate as part of a collaborative, performance-driven acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue on-market and off-market investment opportunities
  • Submit and negotiate offers with sellers and listing agents
  • Coordinate inspections, due diligence, and escrow timelines
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth closings
  • Track deal pipeline and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Willingness to hang license under our partnering brokerage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze numbers or willingness to be trained
  • Coachable, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Experience level not required
