Collaborate with county partners and external stakeholders on research projects - Lead team initiatives for program evaluation and process improvements What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12 semester or 18 quarter units in a data-driven research-related field, including one course in statistical methods
- Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree
- Ability to conduct extensive statistical analyses using descriptive and inferential methods
- Experience in preparing program efficacy analyses and feasibility studies
- Must pass a background investigation prior to hiring
- Experience in project management and leading data/reporting-related projects
- Familiarity with data analysis, cataloging, and report development on large-scale projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for formal reporting
