• Assist members with loading and unloading their vehicles, ensuring carts are ready and available.
• Maintain a clean and orderly parking lot and surrounding area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering member questions and addressing concerns.
• Process pick‑up orders, notify members of delays or unavailable items, and offer alternative options.
• Execute member purchases and payments using cash registers, adhering to company policies.
• Conduct safety sweeps, identify unsafe situations, and report them to facility management.
• Organize and manage cart/flatbed availability, assisting with item transportation.
• Tackle obstacles and resolve issues promptly, ensuring tasks are completed with excellence.
• Apply company procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy in all interactions.
