- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Retail store management experience or relevant management experience.
- Experience motivating a team to accomplish a goal.
- Skills in managing multiple tasks and communicating direction set by the store manager.
- Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
- Flexible schedule availability: holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Team player with positive attitude and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and mentor associates.
