System Pavers is expanding its sales team and seeks motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants
. In this role you will meet homeowners to discuss outdoor living needs, provide project estimates, and help bring their vision to life.

• Make initial contact with clients via generated appointments and build rapport.
• Uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
• Prioritize service and homeowner satisfaction.
• Work with construction department to provide a seamless experience.
• Use company technology platforms for project design, contract submission, etc.
• Generate leads via personal pipeline alongside company leads.

• Previous sales experience or strong interest to start a sales career.
• Comfortable with basic office programs and learning new technology.
• Must have driver’s license and meet driving insurance guidelines.
• Passion for home improvement and high‑level customer service (windows, kitchens, solar, etc.) will be advantageous.
