Outside Sales Consultant - SAC
System Pavers is expanding its sales team and seeks motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants
. In this role you will meet homeowners to discuss outdoor living needs, provide project estimates, and help bring their vision to life.
- Nearly unlimited earning potential – top performers earn $200k+.

- Continuous education and career development – SP University, field training, Sales Manager development program.
- Make initial contact with clients via generated appointments and build rapport.
- Uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
- Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
- Prioritize service and homeowner satisfaction.
- Work with construction department to provide a seamless experience.
- Use company technology platforms for project design, contract submission, etc.
- Generate leads via personal pipeline alongside company leads.
- Previous sales experience or strong interest to start a sales career.
- Comfortable with basic office programs and learning new technology.
- Must have driver’s license and meet driving insurance guidelines.
- Passion for home improvement and high‑level customer service (windows, kitchens, solar, etc.) will be advantageous.
- Self‑motivated: Driven to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Great communicator: Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Personable: Outgoing personality and professionalism.
- Creative problem solver: Loves helping homeowners fulfill outdoor living dreams.
