Field Sales Representative

Base Pay Range

We are seeking a B2B Field Sales Representative to drive outbound business development and convert AI-identified opportunities into booked pavement assessments and long-term client relationships. This is a hunter-style sales role focused on prospecting, calling, and meeting with decision‑makers. The right hire will have a clear path to a future sales manager/leadership role as the company expands.

• Use our AI lead generation tool to:
  • Target geographic areas and property types
  • Identify strong prospects and decision‑makers
• Conduct outbound outreach (phone, email, in‑person) to:
  • Introduce services
  • Qualify prospects
  • Book on‑site pavement assessments for our Estimator
• Build relationships with:
  • Property management companies
  • Regional/portfolio managers
  • Ownership groups
• Run in‑person meetings and presentations to differentiate Sidewalk Safety from traditional contractors. Regional travel will be a regular occurrence.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM with clear activity tracking.
• Collaborate directly with the owner during ramp‑up and provide feedback to improve scripts, tools, and sales assets.
• Help lay foundational processes for a growing sales team.
