Join Jostens as a Sales Development Associate and help grow the Mascot Shop—our online customizable spirit‑wear platform for schools. This high‑impact role focuses on face‑to‑face meetings, consistent travel, and turning prospects into signed partners.
Responsibilities- Partner with Sales Team: partner with Independent Sales Representatives to book meetings, conduct product demos, uncover school needs, close agreements, manage onboarding, train new reps, share insights, and maintain CRM.
- Drive Profitable Sales Growth: own and deliver against sales targets, consistently open, advance, and close opportunities, stay plugged into local market, transfer closed accounts, and report results to leadership.
- Admin/Travel to Assigned Schools: work flexible schedule, travel extensively (up to 80% overnight), make reservations within budget, prepare events, and perform professionally at all scheduled visits.
- 1–4 years of sales experience.
- Comfortable with 3–4 days of travel plus 1–2 days virtual work per week.
- Self‑motivated, competitive, driven, and entrepreneurial; can manage demanding travel schedule.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, energetic presentation, and interpersonal skills.
