Ernest is seeking a Field Sales Representative who thrives in the field, loves the chase, and builds lasting relationships in packaging, automation, janitorial, safety, and beyond. This is outside sales with serious upside; you’ll prospect, pitch, open new accounts and own and grow them.
You’ll earn base salary plus 15% commission, bonuses, and a car allowance. Expect uncapped earnings and residual income from ongoing accounts; 200k-400k for top performers isn’t a stretch.
