We have an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in the Sacramento/Galt, CA area. The Sales Representative will be tasked with identifying and winning new business opportunities within Air Products' micro-bulk product offerings.

• Experience in sales is highly desirable
• High level of curiosity about learning and developing
• Good communicator
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and coworkers

• Identify and engage target prospects, communicating both commercial and technical proposals
• Develop pricing strategies, contracts, and commercial proposals to secure new business
• Collaborate with the engineering team to craft technical proposals and ensure solution meets customer needs
• The rep is encouraged to be prospecting for potential customers in the field, 4 days per week

• Bachelor's degreeor equivalent experience with strong technical aptitude.
• 2-5 years of successfully demonstrated sales experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and the ability to access and safely operate a reliable personal vehicle on an ongoing basis.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship (e.g. temporary work visa or work permit).

Estimated Target Total Compensation Range: Approximately $70K to $100K+, depending on base salary, location, and incentive earnings.

ARC is a California specific program to provide additional base pay compensation for exempt employees who reside in select high-cost counties and directly support an Air Products site or business within a high-cost county.
