Job Description and Duties

• Perform sensitive and difficult project coordination for the LAMD Branch.
• Collaborate with management to resolve challenging situations.
• Develop implementation plans for new legislation.
• Conduct technical training programs for staff and stakeholders.
• Develop model tools and analyze data to develop models and tools.
• Interact with stakeholders, local government, school districts, and industries.
• Lead the implementation of the short-lived climate pollutant strategy, mentoring, monitoring, and coordinating program implementation activities of the LAMD Branch staff.
• Manage many multiple priorities and analyze data to develop models and tools.
• Travel throughout the state approximately 20% of the time.
• Maintain a valid California Drivers License (CDL).

Special Requirements

• Valid California Drivers License (CDL) required.
• Provide CDL number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements or restrictions.
• Failure to maintain a valid CDL will result in a failure to meet job requirements.
