Dispatch and Compliance Specialist

Pal American Security – Immediate Dispatch Position

We are looking for experienced dispatchers. You must be able to pass a background check. Security experience is a plus.

• Full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week

• Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience
• Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment
• Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations
• Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately
• Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed
• Ensure all shifts are fully manned
• Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
