Job Details

  Roseville, Sacramento area
• Pay: $22.66/hr
• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Requirements

• CA Guard Card / 40‑hour Certificate preferred.
• Power to Arrest & Weapons of Mass Destruction Certificate.
• Successful completion of Sunstates background check (10‑Panel Drug Screen and client‑specific background check).
• Age 21+ with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and >3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by upholding standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain natural composure and an infectious attitude toward arising issues, quickly adapting and developing practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Prepare all required written reports in an ongoing and timely manner, including Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports.
• Operate phones, radios, and computer systems (MAC iOS, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suites).
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues.
• Follow site‑specific post orders, pass down messages, and remain in compliance with employee handbook guidelines at all times.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office and industrial complex.
