Job DescriptionSmall business startup looking for someone to assist with property upkeep, furniture assembly and set‑up in a residential setting.
Ongoing Handyman Duties and Responsibilities- Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties.
- Update drywall and paint as needed
- Help with tile or flooring installation
- Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Alert management and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling
- Experience with gneral upkeep of vehicles, a plus.
