Swimming Pool Repair Technician

Premier Pools & Spas, the nation's largest and fastest growing swimming pool builder, has an opportunity for immediate employment in our Service and Warranty Department for a full-time Swimming Pool Technician. With over 27 years in business and a reputation for excellence, we’re looking for professionals who want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and customer service. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills and be mechanically inclined.

• Install complete equipment systems for new pool construction
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps (single, dual, and variable speed), filters, heaters, pool sweeps, in-floor systems, salt systems, valves, and plumbing
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and water chemistry tasks or coordinating with licensed professionals as required
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction
• Work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot using critical thinking
• Operate with a positive team-first attitude and be self-mmotivated
• Travel to multiple job sites within the Sacramento area
• Work 40-60 hours a week with scheduled Saturday rotations during the summer season

• 2+ years of experience as a pool technician
• Proficient with Jandy, Pentair (Sta-Rite), and Hayward pool equipment
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and water chemistry
• Able to troubleshoot and repair equipment; good with hand tools and mechanical processes
• California Driver s License with a clean driving record (no DUI s; no exceptions)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Able to travel to multiple job sites within the Sacramento area

• Competitive wages: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
