Plumbing Technician

Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air is hiring full‑time Plumbing Technicians in Sacramento, CA
.

$60,000–$90,000 per year (base) + hourly commissions and bonus depending on experience.

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems in compliance with code.
• Service and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
• Work on water, gas, sump, re‑circulating, and purification lines.
• Troubleshoot hidden plumbing problems behind walls, ceilings, and underground.
• Provide accurate written estimates and cost calculations for customers.
• Perform drain‑cleaning services for sewer, kitchen, laundry, and storm lines.
• Safely use ladders (6, 12, or 20 ft) to access roofs and overhead areas.
• Research, order, and track parts; maintain and restock service‑vehicle inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and knowledge goals.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other plumbing‑related duties as assigned.

• GED or high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer‑service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Ability to handle stressful conditions and possible confrontations.
• Availability for extended hours, nights, or weekends.
• Physical stamina: standing, walking, climbing ladders, stairs; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
