Pay Scale:
Production Base rate: $33.80 bonus opportunities based on experience and diesel certification, tied to individual productivity and performance.

What We’re Looking For
  • Diesel Technician experience required;
    Ford diesel experience preferred
  • Powerstroke or equivalent diesel certification strongly preferred
  • 3–5+ years of dealer-level or heavy diesel technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills in diesel engines, fuel systems, emissions, and drivability
  • Results-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
  • Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and powertrain systems, including Powerstroke platforms
  • Perform heavy-duty diesel repairs including engine, turbo, fuel, cooling, and exhaust after-treatment systems
  • Troubleshoot advanced electrical, drivability, and emissions concerns
  • Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately per Ford factory and dealership standards
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional safety or service needs
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Dispatch, and Parts to support workflow
  • Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
  • Road test vehicles to ensure proper diesel performance and repair quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Stay current with Ford diesel training, certifications, and technical bulletins
