Associate Educational Clinical Coordinator

, a part‑time position located in Sacramento, CA.
Pacific Clinics’ School‑Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) deliver tiered behavioral health services across schools, community sites, and via telehealth within a Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). They focus on Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS), Wellness Center implementation, Social‑Emotional Learning, Restorative Practices, and evidence‑based practices to support community‑school efforts.
Compensation- Pay ranges from $24.10 to $29.46 per hour, depending on experience and internal equity.
- Salary may vary by location and may include a 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified applicants (Spanish, Dari, Farsi/Persian, or Ukrainian).

- Provide 1:1 services, group programming, consultation, and coaching to educators, students, and families.
- Consult on MTSS, PBIS, antecedent strategies, function‑based interventions, and de‑escalation plans.
- Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff delivering direct services.
- Implement evidence‑based interventions, collect and record data, and ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
- Assist supervisors with report development, progress summaries, intake assessments, and behavior intervention plan development.
- Develop program materials such as visual schedules, social stories, and behavior guides.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, in‑service training, and progress conferences.
- Communicate promptly (within 24 hrs) regarding barriers or conflicts with supervisors.
- Coordinate services with internal and external providers to support student outcomes.
- Manage clinical documentation, compliance trainings, project deadlines, timecard submissions, and respond to communications.
- Create and follow a weekly schedule for assigned sites and caseload.
- Maintain flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly, including part‑time hours, vacation, or sick time.
- Maintain a positive work environment through solution‑focused communication.
- Stand by for rapid response to crises.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years providing behavior management or case‑management services to children with diverse populations (neurotypical, ASD, , mental health diagnoses).
- Case management and clinical coordination experience.
- Experience working in educational settings.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Pass Department of Justice (DOJ), FBI, and Child Abuse clearance checks.
- Valid California driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience and a clean record.
- Ability to use hands to handle tools, reach and grip, and sustain manual activities.
- Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision with the ability to adjust focus.
- Capacity to sit, stand, walk, climb, and kneel.
