Case Manager for Adults with Disabilities

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Starting Pay: $26–$28/hour | Growth up to $34/hour

Are you an aspiring leader ready for consistent hours, meaningful work, and career growth? Join Compass in Sacramento as an Independent Living Services Facilitator and play a key leadership role supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

• Lead and mentor a small team of Life Coaches
• Support clients one-on-one to build independence
• Oversee service plans and ensure quality support
• Partner with families, regional centers, and internal teams

This is a hybrid role—split between office work, client support in the field, and collaborative meetings.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree, 2+ years social work experience, valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance, fingerprint clearance, drug screening
