Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a dedicated Outreach Specialist to provide street and community outreach to homeless adults in the Sacramento area. The role involves maintaining an outreach caseload, making frequent client contacts, and coordinating with teams to connect individuals with housing, health services, and supports.
You will work Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, traveling to shelters and service sites, and offering on-call coverage as needed.
