We are a growing fintech company seeking a 100% remote Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable web services.

• Lead the development of high‑performance Ruby on Rails applications
• Build modern, responsive front‑end interfaces using React (React.js/React
  
  JS)
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision‑making

• Proven background in Ruby on Rails
• Strong experience with React (React.js/React
  
  JS)
• Multiple years of full‑stack engineering experience
• Willingness to complete a Ruby and a React coding exercise during the interview process
• Current residence in one of the following states: AZ, CO, IL, MD, TX, VA, DC, CA, FL, MA, MN, NY, OR, WA, WI
