• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Ensuring correct form and offering corrections
• Understanding science behind heart-rate training and staying ahead
• Being a team player
• Coaching a minimum of 8 classes per week
• Immersing yourself in studio culture

• Education:
  
  Current fitness certification from approved company (ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA); current AED/CPR; 10+ h/year continuing education
• Knowledge +
  
  Experience:
  
  Intermediate physiology, technique, body mechanics; functional heart-rate training; 2 years group/individual personal training preferred;
  Microsoft Office outlook a plus
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication, time management, organization; multitasking; excellent customer service; team player mindset

Regularly use hands to signal, handle, or feel. Occasionally lift or move up to 80 pounds. Leaders must be on feet instructing for full workout duration; demonstrate all exercises.
