Your Next OpportunityThe Warehouse Coordinator receives, delivers, and manages stock and non‑stock items, loading and unloading orders.
What You’ll Do- Perform warehouse duties and tasks as assigned
- Maintain an organized warehouse
- Ensure the safe operation of vehicles
- Stock shelves and put away incoming tools and equipment
- Outbound functions: selecting, checking, packing, and shipping orders
- Inbound functions: receiving, placement, and put away of product
- Familiarity with the job location and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
- Ability to multi‑task
- Ability to read maps and follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
Oracle preferred - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
- Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
- Professional interaction with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of warehouse and driving experience
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience acceptable
- 50%
- General work environment: sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending; primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
- Noise level usually low to medium, can be loud on site
- Mounting possibility of reasonable accommodations per ADA and state law
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs
