The Warehouse Coordinator receives, delivers, and manages stock and non‑stock items, loading and unloading orders.

• Perform warehouse duties and tasks as assigned
• Maintain an organized warehouse
• Ensure the safe operation of vehicles
• Stock shelves and put away incoming tools and equipment
• Outbound functions: selecting, checking, packing, and shipping orders
• Inbound functions: receiving, placement, and put away of product
• Familiarity with the job location and surrounding areas
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
  Oracle preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
• Professional interaction with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of warehouse and driving experience
• Combination of education, training, and relevant experience acceptable

• 50%

• General work environment: sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending; primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
• Noise level usually low to medium, can be loud on site
• Mounting possibility of reasonable accommodations per ADA and state law
• Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs
