Warehouse Operator (Sit-Down Forklift Experience Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and physically capable Warehouse Operators to join our team. This role involves general warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and operating a sit-down forklift as needed.

• Safely lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Perform continuous walking, standing, and bending during shifts
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials manually and with forklift support
• Operate a sit-down forklift for material movement (training available if needed)
• Operate handheld scanners or other basic warehouse equipment for picking
• Reach up to approximately 5'6" and bend to access items on high shelves and deep bins
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Comfortable reaching overhead and bending low
• Basic understanding of how to operate a handheld scanner (training provided)
• Good attention to detail and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to speak and understand Spanish
• Willingness to work any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Able to work approximately 6.5 to 7.5 hours per day Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Sit-down forklift experience or certification is a plus (not required)

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• May require working in varying temperatures depending on the season

$23.00 per hour
