Compensation
: $24 hourly

Start Time: 3pm until done

Shift differential:6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Needed flexibility to work additional hours, holidays, and weekends based on business needs

A warehouse loaderis responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by workingin a safe and professional manner

• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift

• Palletizeproductsfor loading

• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacksetc.

• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage

• Ensureinventory is properly maintained

• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld

• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

• Move our delivery trucks for loadingandunloading and perform truck refueling

• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed(bay mapping, inventory tasks,damaged product counts,and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

• Mustbe at least
  18 years of age

• Mustpossessa valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)

• Ability to repeatedlyliftupto 60 lbs. during the work shift

• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but wecantrainnew associates

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
