Medical Records Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Clerk to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of medical information, and supporting the overall operations of the medical office. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient record-keeping systems that comply with healthcare regulations.

This is a Full-Time position.

Work Location:

1840 Mease Drive, Safety Harbor, FL.

• Handling of medical records
• Sending and receiving incoming electronic faxes and mail
• Scanning documents
• Uploading files
• Processing tests and procedures into electronic medical record systems
• Responsible for ensuring preparation of patient charts prior to physician visits in the office
• Requirement / Attributes:
  Must be highly organized;
  Able to handle multiple priorities;
  Works independently in a high volume / fast-paced team environment;
  Cardiology knowledge / office experience a plus

  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
