Job Summary Do you have a passion for leading a team to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience? Perkins American Food Co. is looking for a Shift Supervisor who is dedicated, ambitious and seeks opportunities to grow their career. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily shifts, delegate tasks, and resolve problems as they arise. The Shift Supervisor works under the direction of the General Manager.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred Serv Safe Food Manager Certification is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
