# BDC Service## Description Service Scheduling Representative The Safford Automotive Service BDC is expanding again! We are looking for a couple energetic Scheduling Representatives to join our team.

As a Service Scheduling Representative, you will be the main liaison between our company's current and potential customers for 21 Safford and Safford Brown locations.

There is no previous experience required for this position. You just need to have a great personality, be detail oriented, reliable and dedicated to wanting to learn. If you bring all of those attributes, we will provide the rest!## Qualifications Areas of Emphasis:

* Answer all calls promptly
* Effectively schedule appointments

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via email, text, and phone to schedule appointments, to handle inquiries, and to support the service departments for multiple Safford locations
* Answer calls promptly, assisting customers with scheduling, ordering parts, checking vehicle status as well as warranty information
* Respond to service and parts leads
* Promote specials and other dealership initiatives
* Effectively and efficiently manage the service scheduling systems while appointing customers
* Proactively communicate daily to offer the highest-level customer service and communication with our customers
* Interact with customers with courtesy
* Identify and escalate priority issues to management
* Update or enter new customer information into DMS and/or CRM as appropriate
* Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers
