• Evaluation and Assessment:
  Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ functional status, strengths, and limitations across physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional aspects.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation:
  Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and guide patients through activities to enhance independence and quality of life.
• Patient Education and Training:
  Provide hands‑on training in activities of daily living, mobility skills, energy conservation, and the use of assistive devices to promote optimal performance and safety.
• Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Teamwork:
  Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care plans that address the multifaceted needs of patients.
• Progress Monitoring and Outcome Measurement:
  Continuously monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and modify treatment plans as needed using standardized assessment tools and patient feedback.

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current license or certification in the state of practice.
