We invite you to apply for the Hallmark Field Merchandiser position in Safford, AZ. As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization, time‑management, and retail relationship skills while representing Hallmark.

Your role involves collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. You may also support seasonal resets, installations, and occasionally work with other products in the stores you serve.

• Your starting hourly pay will be $15.00 to $17.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 3‑4 hours per week.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a Hallmark‑provided mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory; communicating with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering required surveys.
• Holiday support:
  Provide additional days and extended hours during holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On some holidays you may be required to work on the actual day.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures. You may work evenings or weekends with two weeks’ notice.
• Team support:
  Contribute to the Hallmark field network by supporting other team members as needed within your territory.

This is a physically demanding job requiring the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You will kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday, and may need to climb stairs and ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to open, read documents, and interpret information.
• Consistent access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores on schedule.
