If you’ve worked in an accountancy practice and enjoy preparing limited company accounts, mentoring junior staff, and building strong client relationships this could be your next step.

Responsibilities:
Preparing and completing limited company accounts

Reconciling accounts and ensuring everything adds up Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Answering client queries and offering solutions Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge via webinars and CPD learning

The Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience working in an accountancy practice

Confident with Xero and other accounting software

Comfortable in a client-facing roleA natural team player who enjoys helping others learn and grow Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop your own skills further
