EMBL-EBI’s Chemical Biology Resources team invites applications for a Computational Biologist/Bioinformatician to advance the LIGMAP project at Hinxton, near Cambridge. You will develop descriptors of protein binding sites to recognise ligands and evaluate druggability, working with PDBe, UCL, and other leaders in structural biology and ML.
We seek a PhD-level researcher with strong Python skills, experience in cheminformatics, structural biology, and large-scale data handling.
