Administrative Assistant – Ennis Center for Children
Join us as an Administrative Assistant supporting various departments within Ennis Center for Children, a child welfare agency operating since 1978. This hourly, part‑time position is up to 24 hours per week.
Core Responsibilities- Completes secretarial and administrative duties supporting the Program Director and program team.
- Assists the Receptionist and Office Manager as needed.
- Prepares and distributes reports and statistical summaries accurately and timely.
- Attends team meetings, records and disseminates minutes accurately.
- Performs other agency‑related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior administrative‑support experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and agency hiring requirements.
- Promotes a positive working environment within the agency.
- Maintains professional and respectful demeanor with employees, consumers, visitors, and the public.
- Actively participates in training, staff meetings, and agency activities as required.
- Participates in special projects or additional assignments as required.
- Complies with the agency’s employment policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters related to agency affairs and refrains from internal and external discussions except as required for job performance.
- Holiday pay.
- 72 hours of PTO.
