Trucordia is hiring with an extraordinary opportunity and exceptional experience in an insurance brokerage context. This role supports Client Services and administrative tasks within the Client Service team.
OverviewPosition type:
Full-time.
Reports To:
Client Service Team Leader.
- Assist Account Managers with processing insurance transactions, including new and renewal policy processing; endorsements, audits, cancellations, and restatements.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system (AMS
360). - Request and track information from carriers as needed.
- Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs.
- Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables.
- Monitor billing, payments, and reconciliation issues.
- Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use.
- Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes.
- Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent written communication and task follow-through.
- Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members.
