Receptionist – Epic

Location:
Madison, WI campus (Verona). Relocation assistance provided.
We’re looking for a bright, friendly receptionist to greet callers and visitors, provide quick answers to questions, and support other Epic teams with administrative projects.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist callers, visitors, and employees.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Route inquiries to appropriate contacts and track down individuals.
- Support administrative projects for other Epic teams.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front‑desk environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm with weekend responsibilities every 12th week.
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI or willing to relocate.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
