• Manage the entire life cycle of defined product lines from strategic planning to end‑of‑life activities
• Conduct market research and customer need assessments to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product success and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales teams with product application information and support during contract negotiations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related field within a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with a willingness to travel up to 25%

• Passion for technology, innovation, and customer engagement
• Experience with product lifecycle simplification and rationalization processes
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
